Our Journey began in July 2020 when our Director had a vision for the future of companies.

The effects on businesses due to the pandemic were catastrophic, with many businesses being forced to shut down and more people than ever working remotely, also with the effect of Brexit;

Our Global friends required businesses in the UK as a gateway into the market.

He decided that with his many years of experience in forming and assisting new companies, he would start a formation company that is transparent, unique, and visionary.

With the focus always being on the customer and their journey, there were many obstacles he had to face.

The one thing that was paramount was he wanted to have an AI assisting customers in the processing of their application to make the journey easier.

The Artificial Intelligence was an obstacle as the providers we use into Companies House were unable to assist us in making this happen, even though I am launching the business without the AI I have not given up on this.

Futuristic was the reason for the company to come into the 21st century and I will make this happen one way or another within the next six months, I will continue to have talks with the providers to find a solution.

Despite this small obstacle the vision was born, and Future Formations came alive, the company launched on Monday 1st February 2021. After months of hard work and research, I believe we have put together the most efficient and reliable formation and address service packages available on the market.

We have made it our mission to break boundaries and innovate the world of address services, with our 60-month package options.
