I combine a patient’s comprehensive medical story, their current symptoms and health goals, along with their unique biochemistry (lab assessment of nutrition, toxicology, and genetic SNPs) to create an actionable plan to better health.
I look for the underlying causes of chronic illness, rapid aging or loss of vitality.
I re- frame chronic illness into a Functional Medicine model, I assess physiology, especially the most basic systems that enable us to heal and be vibrant.
While educating and empowering my patients, I explore the root causes of problems and how to best correct them with the safest, most effective means possible. We end each session by co-creating a uniquely suited, clear, step by step Wellness Plan; a combination of food, nutritional supplements and lifestyle habits that become the foundation for a very powerful, effective, and safe system of health and healing.
Baseline and follow up laboratory testing document the problems and the progress over time, and are always available, with explanations and references, for the patient to share with their entire health care team.
