As an IBS sufferer Lauren founded Fodilicious she was frustrated at the lack of food and drink products available in the UK for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and the low FODMAP diet that were gut safe. Most contain high FODMAP ingredients – gluten, dairy and many more which may trigger IBS. So she set out on a mission to create Fodilicious to help others with sensitive tums and with food allergies and intolerances.
