Flat Fee Plowing & Property Services is the #1 Top-Rated Property Services in Aroostook County and Northern Maine. Originally started by owner Jesse McDonald and his wife Jolene in the Fall of 2020 as a form of temporary winter employment, it has since become so much greater than our humble beginnings.

After our first successful season as a plow service, Flat Fee inquired our customer list about Weekly Lawn Care. With 5 of them agreeing to sign up, the writing was on the wall. A great blessing the previous Christmas with a continuing plow contract, put Flat Fee into position to continue year round. We purchased our first John Deere ZTrak 950R on St. Patrick’s Day 2021 and set our sights on the future.

From the beginning Flat Fee and it’s dedicated team of Lawn Pros have made us a company that is focused on quality and customer experience. We hire a higher caliber of employee from the start and train them to do the job right and pay attention to detail.
