FaceBox is a cosmetic clinic which specialises in cosmetic and medical tattooing. We are located in Ashmore on the Gold Coast in Queensland Australia and have been running for five years.
Services provided also include Lash and brow waxing and tinting eyelash extensions and skin treatments.
FaceBox founder is Katherine Mccann who is an award-winning cosmetic tattooist who specialises in corrections and repair of botched cosmetic tattooing procedures and is based in Ashmore‘s FaceBox location. Katherine’s skill set is for non laser tattoo removal, lightening and restoration are in high demand especially for her advanced technical corrective procedures involving eyeliner removal and eyebrow shape & colour correction .
Katherine is also an industry leader, educator and keynote speaker and a regular at aesthetic and cosmetic /medical tattooing industry and conference events and expos around Australia.
Katherine also teaches at a registered training organisation in Brisbane and works as a national advisor to the aesthetic‘s practitioners advisory network (APAN).

Katherine has completed a number of scar camouflage procedures on clients who have been through either accident or injury and or other medical related treatments or procedures which have resulted in unsightly and deformity of scarring.
Katherine also works with clients who have experienced domestic violence victims of war human trafficking and other life changing events and has a keen interest in the role of micro pigmentation and trauma recovery as a part of people‘s journeys and wellness. 90% of our clients at FaceBox are purely by referral and we are extremely grateful for the opportunity to treat, work with and improve the lives of those who walk through our door.
