Picture this. You are currently 19 years old and the year before you entered college, your father sadly passed away. Among the four members of your family, you are the eldest. With over two decades of military service, your dad was a junior officer in the army and was the main source of financial support for your family. However, he did not leave behind much in terms of material possessions.

Through the grace of God, you were able to successfully complete your college education. The next crucial step is to secure a job to provide for yourself and your loved ones, particularly your stepmother and younger siblings. It has been two years since you have been unemployed.

After much consideration, you come to the decision of joining the army. However, despite making multiple attempts, none of them prove to be successful. This is due to the high level of competition, unlike when your father was younger. Reflections from Our Short Journey: Lessons Learned the Tough Way

After careful consideration, we came to the realization that our comprehension of the narrative was only surface-level. The process of hiring individuals from foreign countries is intricate and intricate. There is a multitude of intermediaries involved, and their charges for services rendered are exorbitant. Agents serve a specific purpose in the market, and attempting to directly approach potential clients is as challenging as trying to squeeze a camel through the eye of a needle. We are steadily advancing in our corporate career alongside our devoted clientele. Our business, although relatively recent, has experienced rapid growth and has greatly expanded global accessibility for our customers.

At the beginning of our journey, our workspace was limited to one office with a small table and only three seats in the reception area. Whenever we were all present, we rotated taking turns to sit down. Our compensation was minimal, consisting only of transportation expenses and a simple meal of posho and beans for lunch. However, this was where we began our journey.

The Moment of Realization

The business of Jordan’s housemaids was launched, with no fees for recruitment and the promise of commission for workers, a departure from the previous practice of clients paying. However, the business did not last long and eventually closed. But when Saudi Arabia opened up, the demand for Ugandan workers was high and there were no fees for recruitment, resulting in a successful history for the business. The need for Ugandan workers was urgent and there were no fees for recruitment.
