When I decided to study nutrition I didn't expect that I would become a successful clinic owner and gut health specialist but it happened and I absolutely love helping people improve their gut health and feel amazing.

I have been in practice for over 7 years from my home clinic in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, UK.
Since Covid-19 I am delivering more one to one consultations than ever over video meetings and work worldwide. I also enjoy corporate work delivering lunch and learn sessions online and face to face setting the standard for simple yet effective nutrition advice to teams/staff.
I always aim to make the consultations inspiring, motivating and realistic, that way my clients can get reach their best health with my full support including recipes and resources.
I use dietary and lifestyle modification suggestions so that you can get the best from your diet and optimise your nutrition. I will always take a “food first” approach rather than supplements and testing initially and have an excellent success rate using natural solutions. However, I might suggest testing and work with a number of laboratories to help us dig a little deeper to find the root cause of more stubborn health concern/symptoms.
