The Dickinson Guest House is a business-practical, hotel-alternative appreciated by many for its affordability in an otherwise pricey area of the city and within walking distance of the Expo-Guadalajara, and Glorieta Chapalita, in Guadalajara. This location places our property in Guadalajara by zip code, yet close to Zapopan.
The property is available for room rentals or the whole house -short-term rental options. We have been a “second home” to many travelers since 2006.
Guest room choices range from the favorite standard single or double room, King room, King Suite with furnished and private balcony, and a quad suite with a patio and garden. For longer-staying guests, the comforts of home needed space for work. A fully-equipped kitchen is a plus, on the same floor for snacking or light meal preparation.
We send keyless 4-digit entry codes before arrival for a less time-consuming and contactless check-in during these times.
Many of our guests tend to be visitors worldwide, attending events at the Expo center. For these different time schedules, we offer two pricing schedules. Breakfast cooked to order in our dining room or room service; the other for no breakfast, for a reduced rate. In addition, there are Keurig beverage machines are in all guestrooms for hot beverages at any time.
We are surrounded by no less than 30 eateries serving international cuisines. Manicured parks sit on either side of this property.
Our location is in the newest luxury hotel zone in the entire metropolitan area. This locale attributes to the more active nightlife and diverse restaurant scene for our global traveler’s enjoyment.

I am wondering if I even need a website, as none or very few in this particular area do have them. They rely only on the OTA's.
