Fogging is observed when water vapor condenses as water droplets on a surface, scattering light and reducing visibility. Anti-fogging coatings are used to quickly spread these water droplets into a thin layer, allowing light to pass through the surface.
Its performance is measured by the speed at which the condensed water droplets spread into a uniform film that does not block vision. We outperformed all others in the lab by measuring the longest-lasting uniform film.
Our Research
First, we tried to understand molecules’ reactions to different films on a mask. We tested the slipperiest formulations and then pursued a formula second to none. Our formula is 100% compliant with NOT using the Haereticus Environmental Laboratory (HEL) list of ingredients known to pose a threat to various waterways and wildlife.
