We built DayViewer to help small businesses and professionals to get started with planning and task management. We took the initiative and built one of the first (if not the first!) all-in-one calendar system with tasks, events, notes, a journal, contact management system, budgeting, and to-do list system. We believe that people who wish to get more productive should not need to use multiple separate apps if there is no need. This in turn makes our users both more productive and organized while costing them much less. We also help many teams get more organized by providing a Team Room service which is a shared version of DayViewer for their business, office, or other team enabling everyone in the team to plan around a shared calendar planner system for a project group or team. We have been utilised by companies large and small, consultants, professionals and students to schedule their work and tasks together. It’s now possible (and very handy) to use the DayViewer apps to check your schedule and access the information you need to refer to on the go.
