I am a one-man operation which gives me the opportunity to deal with people directly, the person they’re talking to on the phone is the one that is showing up and doing the work. I pride myself on showing up on time and doing what I said I was going to do. I have over 50 5-star reviews from happy customers. I am 73 years old and have been self-employed for over 50 years so I understand the importance of good customer service. I answer my phone and I return phone calls. I stay in contact with the customer and let them know exactly what’s going on.
Most of my jobs are simple and take maybe two to three hours. I do simple plumbing like replacing sink fixtures, fix toilets that are having a problem. I hang ceiling fans, hang TVs, change out light fixtures change out receptacles switches a lot of different electrical problems that are too small for a normal electrician to do. I also assemble furniture. I do simple repairs to decks, steps, fences and gates. I do pressure washing of decks and houses and staining of decks. I do inside painting of a room or two. I do not paint whole houses.
