We are open 7 days a week and staffed exclusively by senior physiotherapists. There is a chronic shortage of physiotherapists in Australia, particularly if you live outside of a major city. There are only 4 physiotherapists per 10,000 people in the remote parts of Australia. It can take weeks of waiting or hours of driving to see someone when you need to – and none of us are scheduling our injuries.
To make high-quality physiotherapy services accessible right across Australia, we have developed Connect Physio Co as a way to get people help when they need it. No appointment required, just log on, enter our online waiting room, wait in the comfort of your own home and you’ll be seen by the next available physiotherapist.
For those who prefer to skip the wait, we also have the option to book an appointment and be seen at a time that suits you. We offer GP care plans (previously known as EPC sessions), regular physiotherapy and pelvic floor physiotherapy services all via telehealth.
We can see you anywhere that you have internet access and a device with a camera.
