We are happy to give estimated quotes by phone or email, which are a guide and dependent on size and condition of the carpet.
The more accurate a customer can be with measurements of carpets or rugs and descriptions of their condition the more accurate the estimate. Prices are always agreed before commencing and include VAT. We have a minimum callout charge of £50 which takes into consideration the time it takes to drive to and from a job and the setting up and clearing away of the equipment.
