Marketing spend: Chase Medical invests heavily in marketing activities, which covers all of the main job boards in the sector, social media platforms, magazine advertising and events.

Technology and infrastructure. Chase Medical heavily invests in world leading technology, from Broadbean, to Salesforce and has developed many tools for engaging candidates effectively, such as a bespoke Chase Medical mobile app, which was launched in 2019, giving candidates live access to roles and shifts, with one click booking capability, this has resulted in a fantastic uplift in candidate engagement.

No shift cancellation fees, we only charge for hours worked
When staff come forward via our mobile app, if the shift is already filled, it logs the person as a “back-up” so Chase Medical often has an alternative person to call, to fill the shift.

We staff over 50% of the UK’s general practices.
We aim for as much continuity as possible (Same person or few people at each centre).
