CareersKitchen is an affordable, digital career coaching program for young professionals that provides a structured and data driven approach to making more strategic and effective career decisions.

The job market is ever evolving with average job tenures reducing considerably. Only 2 years ago this was 2.8 years, and it’s getting shorter. Changing jobs multiple times throughout a career requires the individual to manage and plan their own career path rather than relying on the employer to lay it out for them. Effective career planning involves understanding what they value in their career, what they are naturally great at and how they can achieve their career goals strategically in the market.

Our fully digital program, comprised of 10 coaching activities and psychometric assessments, empowers its users to address 4 major topics:
Want to do: Users gain clarity on what they value most in their career, what topics they find meaningful working on, and what energises/ engages them at work
Can do : Users discover their personality tendencies, what soft skills they are naturally great at and what areas they might want to further develop.
Career Insights: Users receive data driven tailored career advise on what company culture, type and job role might suit them best.
Taking Action: Users apply gained knowledge by defining and pursuing tangible career goals, working on limiting beliefs, and tracking their progress continuously.

Our program provides over 20 career related results for each user as well as ongoing career advice that is based on scientific research. It is fully digital and can be completed by users at their own pace anytime and anywhere. Additionally, users have access to support by our team for quick questions or can book a deep dive session with one of our career coaches for an additional fee.

Our program is tailored but not limited towards young professionals between 18 – 35yrs old who want to gain more clarity, direction and purpose in their career. Young professionals are currently underserved when it comes to career support and need it the most. While professionals have the least amount of experience and self awareness in their early career, it is also the time when the most influential career decisions are being made. Meanwhile, traditional career coaching services are rather tailored towards later career stages due to higher budgets.
