Burnt Honey is a small bakery on the Central Coast of NSW. We opened our first store on the beach at Copacabana in late 2019.

Now have two stores, supply a number of local cafes and store with fresh bread and pastries, as well as running local baking workshops, creating stunning wedding cakes and stocking a range of quality baking tools and books.
At Burnt Honey we focus on sustainability and baking classic baked goods with the the most ethical (and delicious) ingredients that we can source. We champion local produce and re always seeking new ways to give back to the communities that support us so well.
