We are a construction company using an unique Japanese wood system called Suteki for building a house or large apartment complex of 7000m2 . It makes building houses easier and durable. The wood that is used is sourced from PEFC regulated forests and processed in Austria. Furthermore, the system uses carbon steel connections which are put in place with a steel pin and a hammer .
An advance of this system is that it can be as easy to assemble as disassemble the system, which makes it simple to fixes mistakes or even move the system elsewhere.
When the system is delivered at the construction side, it can directly be assembled. An team of four people can assemble the wood system of a house with 260m2 in just 4 days time.
