The brainchild of culinary enthusiasts Eddie Nickell and Nicholas Olivieri, Bites & Bubbles charms guests with its stylish yet laid-back ambiance. Stepping into our main dining room, you’ll feel transported to a quaint spot in the heart of New York City or Paris, featuring an intimate setting with only seven tables and an expansive bar. For those who prefer al fresco dining, our covered patio and lanai seating provide the perfect setting, while our rooftop dining area exudes the chic vibes of South Beach without leaving Orlando!
Bites & Bubbles is a tribute to the nostalgic dining scene of 1960s America. In those days, most Americans exclusively indulged in “American” cuisine, and European-style restaurants were a rare sight, mainly found in cities like New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. These establishments were often associated with elegance, sporting white tablecloths and waiters in tuxedos. However, the tides began to turn with the advent of Julia Child’s popular cooking show on Public Broadcasting in the early 1960s. As the nation fell in love with French and other European influences, more people craved such delectable fare.
