Belly Rubb

The concept of Belly Rubb was curated by our founder and head chef, Vartan “Walter” Sarkisian. With a passion for cooking flavorful meals with clean ingredients, and a love for feeding friends and family alike, Vartan spent years during his travels abroad as an Armenian cinematographer curating unique flavors and dishes inspired by the many exotic cuisines and cultures he came across. When the Russian-Ukranian war uprooted his life, he made the brave journey to the United States, and took the plunge to open his very first ghost kitchen: Belly Rubb.

Here at Belly Rubb, our mission is to provide quality, made-to-order food using clean ingredients and a fusion of flavor at an affordable price for all. Whether it’s an order for takeout/delivery, or a catering order for a big event, we strive to maintain consistency in the quality and freshness of each dish. Although our specialty is slow cooked baby back pork ribs glazed with house made BBQ sauces, we offer a variety of familiar dishes with exotic fusions of flavor, such as “Demi-Glace” beef short ribs, smokey and fruity pineapple coleslaw, crispy yet juicy chicken wings, creamy mac and cheese with sweet corn, juicy beef steak sandwiches, hearty pork belly sliders, and so much more.
