Beerfarm

We are an independently-owned Australian beer brand, working with both the land and environment to cultivate good times and great tasting beers for every occasion.

With 160 acres of rolling green hills as our backyard, the land is part of who we are. Our brewery was converted from an old dairy farm in 2015 and continues the traditions of hard work with fresh produce as the focus. United in the belief in doing things a little differently, we are driven by a collective ambition to bring great beer to as many lips as possible, whilst having a bloody good time along the way!

We work hard day in and day out to reduce our footprint and tread lightly upon this land by minimising our impact on the environment. Two initiatives we’re most proud of are our Save the Harvest campaign, which supports Aussie farmers by rescuing unwanted fruit, as well as our Native Series which gets behind indigenous groups in native agriculture and revegetation projects.

We’re proud to say we’ve reduced our water consumption to 3.8L of water per litre of beer, which sits well below the industry average of 4.7L. Our wastewater is irrigated to land to support pasture growth, which is grazed on by our herd of around 70 Black Angus cattle.

Our cattle are fed spent grain leftover from the brewing process, before being utilised as beef by our on-site kitchen team, Burnt Ends at Beerfarm and delivered on our weekly Smokin’ Saturdays BBQ experience.

Our Smoking Saturday’s menu showcases our traditional BBQ and smoking methods using brisket, beef ribs, barbecue platters, our own links and tacos made with our beef.
