We review each individual’s functional limitation, needs, and goals, to select the proper item for them. We have a range of solutions depending on what your goals are. We can arrange for Physical Therapist Wheelchair evaluations and Home safety evaluations are also available (see below).

We service all makes and models of Scooters, Power wheelchairs, Scooter Lifts, Pool Lifts, and most other types of equipment. We provide warranty work for most manufactures. As a service to our customers, Atlantic Healthcare Products accepts Medicare assignment on most items, offers billing of primary or secondary payer sources, reworking of denied claims and time and travel to secure proper documentation for patients. We also prepare user compliance reports for doctors and insurance companies on the patient’s behalf.

Home Assessments & Fall Prevention Assessment –
Studies have shown that people function better in a familiar environment where they are comfortable and performing at their best possible level. It is the goal of our licensed Occupational Therapist to ensure that the patient’s environment is safe and promotes greater independence and quality of life. The process starts with an interview with the client and caregivers, a review of the client’s functional challenges, assessment and review of the clients living environment, and recommendations and follow-up training. This service is generally paid for by Medicare.
