On any given day you can find Shane Downs in the workshop with dirty boots, a smile on his face and his hands busy. He has a casual, friendly air about him, while taking what he does seriously. Shane was born to be a builder, His great-grandfather passed down his knowledge and now, 80 years later, Shane continues to carry that torch for his family. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Shane knows this town and what his clients want.
