Aspect Z was established in 2001 by architect Paul Zaia. Previously trading as Zaia Architects, the award-winning company has developed an impressive portfolio of residential and commercial works along the eastern states of Australia. A strong focus on passively designed architecture and sustainability is ingrained in all Aspect Z projects.

Our projects range from standard home designs, sustainable granny flats, award-winning retail interior designs, custom-designed single residences to medium density developments and commercial fitouts. Our work has received numerous architectural and construction awards, as well as being widely published.
