Artsy Traveler was created by Carol M. Cram, a novelist, podcaster (The Art In Fiction Podcast), and blogger (www.artinfiction.com and www.artsytraveler.com). Carol loves the arts and sharing with like-minded travelers her passion for fascinating museums, world-class art galleries, compelling performances, thought-provoking historical sites and more.
On Artsy Traveler, visitors will find tips about recommended places to go; Travel Smart tips for dining, transportation, touring, itinerary planning, and more; and information about interesting artsy activities and tours. Artsy Traveler focuses a great deal on the arts because the arts are Carol’s passion. As the author of four award-winning novels (so far), she frequently includes recommendations for arts-inspired novels to read while traveling and often links her travel experiences to her novels.
Artsy Traveler mostly focuses on destinations in Europe, but also includes posts about destinations in the Americas (Canada, the United States, Costa Rica) and Australasia. Posts are added weekly and an update listing new posts and relevant travel news is sent out to subscribers every two weeks.
