Arrow Insurance Agency is based in Loganville, GA. The owners are a husband and wife team, Zaheed and Kasey Hussain, Together they have 15+ years insurance experience together. We are an independent insurance agency representing over 30+ carriers. With that being said we are able to offer clients proposals from multiple carriers versus just one. That allows us to service the client in the best possible manner giving them options for pricing and coverages alike.

We first started our careers as owners as captive agents, meaning we only represented the company’s interests. We found out quickly that this was not the best option for our clients or agency. In August of 2020 after a lot of thought we decided to begin our journey as independent agency owners. We contracted with some of the largest carriers in the country i.e. SafeCo, Travelers, Mercury, Progressive just to name a few of them.

We offer a wide range of products ranging from Auto, Home, Motorcycle, RV, Landlord, Business, General Liability, Life and much more. We pride ourselves on focusing on the clients needs. We are advisors for our products versus being order takers. We evaluate each client’s needs and wants and put together policies that are most fitting for them.

On our site you can quote your products through our carriers which then notifies us that you are looking for coverage. One of our licensed representatives then reaches out to review the quote with the client to make sure all of the coverages are fitting for that client. Once a client has bought a policy from our agency they have their documents available to them 24/7 through our client portal center. Here they can also make change requests for their accounts.

Kasey is focused on Personal lines insurance. She enjoys working with consumers to talk about the different coverages on personal lines policies. She has a passion for Homeowners insurance and educating her clients on the different coverages that are available to them for the many many different types of coverages that are available for different home types.

Zaheed is focused on Business Insurance. He has been working in commercial insurance for 10+ years. With all the markets available to him he is able to insure most businesses that need coverage. Those coverages include but are not limited to General Liability, Business Property, Equipment Breakdown, Workers Compensation and BOP policies. Zaheed also being life licensed provides business owners with key man life policies to ensure a business continues to operate smoothly should an owner or partner have an unfortunate event happen.
