Despite spending a lot of time, money and energy on coaches and programs, he never considered coaching a viable profession until one day in 2012 when he had a eureka moment while cooking vegetable fajitas. He describes it as a voice speaking to him, telling him he should be a coach. Ten days later, he was enrolled on a one-year coach training with Jamie Smart. During this training program, he delved deeper into what is known as the Three Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness and met his future mentor, Dr Keith Blevens.

In 2013, Ankush started coaching private clients and, later that year, enrolled in the Clarity Practitioner Program with Jamie Smart and hired Dr Keith Blevens for personal mentoring. This supercharged his understanding of the Principles and increased the impact he created with his clients. It also was a period of intense personal breakthroughs, many of which he would later write about in his book, Sweet Sharing – Rediscovering the REAL You.

Ankush quit his corporate job, working for a global oil and gas company, to focus solely on coaching at the end of 2014. Then, he launched what would become his signature program – The Powerful Mens Immersion. He delivered this first immersion program in March 2015 and has gone on to deliver, on average, two a year. These have now developed a cult following, with clients flying from as far away as Europe, Canada, the United States and even Australia to attend.

In 2022, Ankush launched his highly successful coaching school – The AJC Coaching Career School. His inaugural school saw 20 coaches create over £1,000,000 in revenue in just over six months. He runs these schools annually. This school was highly influenced by Steve Chandler whom Ankush worked with between 2014 and 2023. In 2022, Ankush undertook a 5 session coaching package with the Ultimate Coach, Steve Hardison, and in 2023 embarked on a year-long commitment with him. This involves him taking all session in person in Arizona.
