American Made Alpaca

The American Made Alpaca company is located on Lilymoore Alpaca Farm. Our founder, Diana, is the farmer who lovingly tends to all of the animals on the farm. Animals and their welfare are important to us – a portion of all of our proceeds go to Dreaming of a Chance Farm Animal Sanctuary which helps rescue and rehabilitate poultry.
Our alpaca products are naturally hypo-allergenic, cruelty free, and made in America. The majority of our products are made regionally and many of them are hand made one of a kind pieces made by local artisans – thus reducing our carbon footprint while giving you an excellent alternative to disposable fashion.
For thousands of years, mankind has worn natural fibers. Synthetics are relatively new in the clothing arena and can take decades to break down. Natural fibers, on the other hand, biodegrade relatively quickly when they reach the landfill. If you are considering becoming environmentally friendly, natural fibers are a great way to start. American Made Alpaca socks are wonderful for outdoor sports such as hiking and skiing as well as for relaxing around the house. We offer them in a variety of lengths from ankle all the way to knee high. They are some of the most comfortable socks you can find.
Our fall and winter accessories such as knit hats, scarves and gloves will keep you warm and cozy during the chilly months. We have a large variety of traditional beanies, knit and handmade felted hats. Our hats, gloves and mittens come in adult and toddler / children’s sizes.
Alpaca blankets are temperature regulating and great for couples. They are also wonderful for lounging on the couch and are a beautiful accessory for your home. Nothing beats the feel of cuddling up in a soft, luxurious alpaca blanket.
We also offer a large variety of USA made alpaca yarn that is great for knitting and crocheting. Many of the yarns are hand dyed in beautiful colors. We also have many neutral favorites. We offer them in DK, Sport and Bulky weights.
American Made Alpaca also offers an entire category highlighting the wonderful artisans that we work with. They create everything from alpaca prints to ceramic gifts to hand knitted items. We are continually expanding upon our offerings from these highly talented individuals.
