We work with a comprehensive plan in all our projects:

1. CONTACT & SURVEY
We start your journey to a 90 percent lower energy bill with a phone call where we discuss your current situation and your future goals. We will ask where your property is, and we will look at it on satellite pictures during our chat. If you like the questions that we ask, and you find us credible in knowing why we ask them, we will book a visit to do a survey of your property. If you happen to be abroad in a longer period, you might have a key holder that can just show us what we need and then we can do the job anyway but take all your questions in a phone or zoom call.
During the visit you will ask lots of questions and so will we. Don’t worry, that’s exactly why we have meeting, and we will see to that you get all the answers that you need. We, on our hand, need to look at your roof, your electrical installation and of cause your latest energy bill.

Our visit will not cost you anything and the goal is to find a solution that you will be happy with. The visit takes about an hour and the procedure that we follow will give us the information we need to provide you with an optimal solution to make your own energy!

2. DESIGN & OFFER
Now it’s time to design your solution and decide what will suit your needs best. We will focus on energy production and making it so that you can use as much of your own production for your own needs and not export too much. This simply because you will not be happy with what the energy company (Endesa in Costa del Sol) pays for the energy that you provide them with. Let’s say that for all appearances the game is rigged! We always aim for at least two turnkey ready options, and we will give you plenty of information about what they will mean for you. All this will be documented and presented in our offer for you that you can revise online.

3. INSTALLATION & LEGALIZATION
The day has come for the installation of your plant. Before this day we have procured a building permit from your city hall. From signed contract to start of installation you can expect that a period of 5-8 weeks is normal, but it can go faster depending on the building permit process in your municipality. A normal size installation (10-15 solar panels, inverter, and small battery) takes 2-3 days. Our installation crews work by Swedish standards and have all the certifications that are needed to comply with Spanish regulations. You will make your own energy from day one when the installation is done.

Legalization takes a bit longer. This is a serious business because from now on your house is an energy producer in Spain and that need to be legalized. You should count on 3-4 months until that has gone through all the proper channels and after that you can change your energy contract and sell any excess energy that your plant produce. We will take care of all the paperwork so you need not bother about that.
