The task of finding and placing a loved one in an aged care facility is emotionally difficult and demanding. In addition, the person tasked with this is invariably overwhelmed by the information they are required to submit to Centrelink, the myriad tasks that they have to deal with to make the move, understanding the financial implications and the number of facilities that they might have to visit to find the best facility for their loved one.
We are independent of the facilities and provide an impartial and honest assessment of what our clients can afford and what facilities will best suit their loved one. We take time to get to know our clients and understand their loved one’s needs and their preferences. We always present a number of options from which to choose and will assist the family to ensure the move to aged care is smooth. We also stand by our clients with our promise to relocate them without fee if the initial placement is unsuccessful.
