And a martial arts practitioner who practices Tai Chi and Jiu Jitsu every day. Together we compliment eachother through our healthy practices whilst choosing sustainable and eco products and ways to live wherever possible. And we have been teaching each other for the past six years and literally live our passions, that we are now offering these services to others. We both love nutrition and are keen practitioners of jiu jitsu and tai chi.

We offer online clinical nutrition consults – this is means delving into the biochemistry of the body and offering holistic nutrition advice for the relief of chronic health conditions or to promote optimal health. I love working with female hormone health, couples preconception care, holistic sports nutrition and gut health – to name a few!

The movement teachings are derived from Andrew’s combined expertise in Tai Chi and. This fusion of arts makes his teachings so unique and truly hard to believe yet so effective – this is alchemy in movement. And we offer alchemy through nutrition.
