We custom manufacture thin, flat metal parts for prototype and production requirements serving the following industries: electronics, metal stamping, medical, military, communications, aerospace, automotive, RF/microwave and more.
The photochemical etching process is a more cost-effective solution for parts with intricate designs for larger production volumes than laser cutting and stamping. Laser cutting is more cost-effective for parts with greater thickness and large volumes for less complex parts. Our capabilities include part thicknesses between .002″ to .250″, and a large range of metals including, aluminum, copper, copper alloys, nickel, steels, and exotics.
