We specialise in the cleaning, sanitising and deodorising of high quality wool and silk rugs. This includes stain and odour removal treatments for red wine, tea, coffee and pet urine (although, not usually all at the same time!!!). We have over 6,000 domestic clients, but we also work closely with insurance companies, loss adjusters, flood restoration companies and other cleaning companies who do not have the skills or the facilities to clean, sanitise and deodorise Persian, Oriental and Contemporary rugs effectively. We are often called to deal with flooded rugs, where they are dealt with quickly and efficiently before mold and mildew has a chance to take hold. We are a specialist cleaning partner to Jacaranda (the high end luxury carpet and rug company). Established in 1989, we have a purpose built rug cleaning facility just off Junction 12 of the M4, between Reading and Newbury. We have an office in North London, which enables us to offer free collection and return of your rugs throughout London and along the M3 and M4 corridors. We also offer bleach spot repairs and full colour restoration of rugs which have been affected by uv/sun fade. Rug fiber protection treatments which do not affect the look or the feel of your rug, but help keep your rug cleaner for longer and more importantly, help stop any future spillages from becoming permanent stains. Rug moth repellent treatments to protect your rug against moth infestation. We offer rug underlay which are supplied and cut to the size of your rug to stop your rug from slipping on your wood or stone floors.
