For carpet cleaning, we usually use the truck mount steam cleaning process. This is where the machine is out in the work van, and we run the hoses from there into your building. We pre-spray all areas with the most effective solutions for your situation. This helps loosen the dirt and stains, while bringing them to the surface for easy cleaning. If there are any difficult spots or stains, we treat those with the right solutions for that type of stain. Then we use the truck mount system, which is shooting steam, a rinse agent and a deodorizer, at the same time as it’s vacuuming up the dirt, chemical, and water. For buildings that we can’t use the truck mount system, like high-rise buildings or courtyard buildings, we use a portable machine that performs the same function. Upholstery cleaning is performed the same way, just with a tool designed strictly for upholstery cleaning.
For window blind cleaning and fabric window shade cleaning, we perform all work on a pick-up and delivery basis. We usually take down and re-hang with a normal turnaround time of two days. Most blinds and shades are cleaned in our ultrasonic machine. It uses sound waves to basically vibrate the dirt away. They are then rinsed off and hung up to dry with the help of high speed blowers.
For grouted tile cleaning, we use the same truck mount steam cleaning process as we use for carpet cleaning. The difference is that we use chemical strictly for grouted tile cleaning. After the floors are pre-soaked, we them use a rotary scrubber to agitate the chemical. We then steam clean with a tool specially designed for tile floor cleaning. It uses spinning jets at a much higher water pressure than the carpet cleaning process. It vacuums up everything as it goes, leaving no mess.
For fabric office partition cleaning, we use the same steam cleaning process as we use for upholstery cleaning, with great results
