Our wooden flags come in two sizes: Small (18.25"x9.75") and Medium (36"x19.5"). Flags are handmade by Vietnam Vet and 14-year-old Grandson. We have shipped flags to 38 states and sold many locally. We have over 70 designs in the following categories: Traditional, Military (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, and Space Force), Police, Fire & Rescue, Historical, Federal, and Organizations. All flags carved stars, and if selected, carved emblems. They are well built and beautiful.
Our high-quality handmade flags are built with pine by a Vietnam Vet and his Grandson in Bella Vista, Arkansas, located next door to the Home of Walmart in Northwest Arkansas.
We use a CNC machine to precisely carve the stars and emblem if chosen. Each component is hand torched to enhance its grain and then hand-stained. We glue the union and stripes together with the best glue available, Titebond III Ultimate. The four back braces are both glued and nailed with a brad nail gun. The flag remains in clamps for 24 hours. Next, we spray the flag with Minwax Helmsman Spar Urethane to seal the wood and give it a nice sheen. We also add wire to the back so the flag is ready to be hung.
We build our beautiful flags one at a time to be ready for pick-up or shipped in two weeks or less. We do not mass produce them. We strive to have custom orders finished in this same time frame. Around holidays, it may take a couple of additional days. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
