Main Services
American Aires Inc. is a publicly listed technology company trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker WIFI. The company develops and manufactures Aires Lifetune, a passive semiconductor device designed to address one of the most overlooked variables in the modern wireless environment: the coherence structure of electromagnetic fields.
Aires occupies a category it has effectively created. While the consumer wellness space is crowded with products making unsubstantiated EMF claims, Aires stands apart through its granted U.S. utility patent, 30-year peer-reviewed research program, and independent physics validation from a European university with no prior relationship to the company.
The distinction is not incremental. It is categorical.
The Science Behind the Technology
Aires devices are built on a monocrystalline silicon chip with a self-affine, or fractal, surface topology. This geometric pattern repeats its structure at multiple scales simultaneously, following the same mathematical principles found in snowflakes, coastlines, and biological structures.
When electromagnetic radiation from WiFi, 5G, or cellular signals encounters this surface, it undergoes fractal diffraction. The field is scattered and re-emitted with a disrupted coherence structure.
The signal still passes through. Wireless connectivity is unaffected. What changes is the way the field is organized at the wave level.
This matters because of a distinction rarely discussed in public health conversations about wireless technology.
Man-made electromagnetic fields, including WiFi, 4G LTE, and 5G, are highly coherent and linearly polarized. Every wave oscillates in synchrony and in a fixed direction. This is physically different from the incoherent, randomly polarized electromagnetic environment in which life evolved over billions of years.
A 2015 paper published in Nature Scientific Reports by Panagopoulos, Johansson, and Carlo identified this polarization difference as a key biological variable distinguishing man-made EMF from natural EMF. The paper also noted that current regulatory standards, which measure only thermal energy deposition, do not assess coherence.
Aires addresses the variable that regulatory frameworks miss.
The U.S. patent covering the fractal matrix resonator mechanism spans the full range of modern consumer wireless frequencies: 2.4 GHz through 28 GHz, including WiFi 2.4 and 5 GHz, 4G LTE, 5G Sub-6 GHz, and 5G millimeter wave.
30 Years of Research Before It Was Fashionable
The research program behind Lifetune technology began around 1992 in St. Petersburg, Russia, when WiFi did not yet exist commercially. The foundational materials science papers began publishing in 2002, years before the consumer product existed in its current form.
This timeline matters. The science was not commissioned to support marketing claims. The research came first; the product followed.
Today, the research corpus includes more than 96 documented studies and publications spanning six biological endpoints: brain electrical activity, cardiovascular autonomic function, chromosomal DNA integrity, animal behavior, blood parameters, and water structural properties.
The research includes three animal species — rats, honeybees, and goldfish — and more than 13 research institutions across six countries. More than 200 human subjects have participated across biological studies.
Among the most striking findings, a peer-reviewed study published in Ecological Genetics in 2019 reported that WiFi router exposure caused chromosomal aberrations in rat bone marrow cells to increase from 1.9% in unexposed controls to 9.8%, a nearly fivefold increase.
With an Aires device present during the same exposure, aberrations dropped to 2.7%, near control levels. Statistical significance was reported at p≤0.001. The study is independently verifiable and publicly indexed.
In 2024, the Military Medical Academy, an institution independent from the company’s primary research partner, conducted the most rigorous human study in the corpus. The study included 24 subjects and used the Lifetune ONE device while measuring both EEG, or brain electrical activity, and ECG, or cardiovascular parameters, under mobile phone EMF exposure.
Both endpoints showed normalization with the device present.
Independent Validation Is the Standard, Not the Exception
What makes the Aires research program unusual is not only its depth, but the number of genuinely independent parties that have evaluated the technology and found a positive signal.
Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in Lithuania, with no prior relationship to Aires, conducted a three-phase, multi-year external physics testing program from 2016 to 2018. Using calibrated RF bench instruments, the university confirmed measurable electromagnetic field modification of up to 20% in specific four-resonator array configurations.
This was bench science conducted by a foreign university with no commercial incentive.
Trent University in Ontario, Canada, hosted a double-blind, placebo-controlled heart rate variability study in 2015. Neither the researcher nor the subjects knew which condition was active. The monitoring instrument was FDA Class II certified cardiovascular equipment, and the study found cardiovascular parameter improvements in the active device condition.
In 2023, the UFC Performance Institute, one of the most measurement-intensive sport science organizations in professional athletics, adopted Aires technology following internal evaluation. EEG, heart rate variability, and reaction time were all measured. Elite sport scientists at the highest level of human performance optimization added Aires technology to their protocol because the data supported it.
Also in 2023, the Planetary Association for Clean Energy, a Canadian organization with UN ECOSOC non-governmental status, conducted an independent field study across 14 beekeepers and 15 sites in Quebec and Ontario using the Aires Zone Max device. The study found improved colony survivability and elimination of Varroa mite infestations at Lifetune-deployed sites.
Prior to the company’s public offering, an independent investor due diligence review was commissioned by an institutional underwriter and conducted by a credentialed biophysicist with expertise in bioelectromagnetics. The review took place over approximately three years at an estimated cost of two million dollars.
The reviewer concluded that the technology warranted serious scientific and investment attention and identified three recommendations: formal human clinical trials, international patent protection, and thermal imaging-based physical validation.
All three recommendations have since been fulfilled. Formal human clinical trials were completed with the VMA 2024 study. International patent protection was completed with the U.S. grant in March 2025. Thermal imaging-based physical validation was completed at ICICT 2026, where high-precision thermal camera imaging confirmed the predictions of a Springer-published 2022 computational simulation.
The Product Line
The Aires product line spans personal device and environmental applications.
Lifetune ONE and GO attach to phones and laptops. Lifetune FLEX is a wearable format. Lifetune ZONE and ZONE MAX provide room-level environmental coverage.
The ZONE MAX, in particular, draws on 2025 multi-resonator modeling research showing that array configurations produce significantly greater response amplitude than single units.
All devices are CE-certified for electrical safety and sold in more than 30 countries.
Why This Matters
The global conversation about wireless safety has long been stuck in a simple binary: either EMF is fine because SAR limits are met, or it is not, which means wireless technology should be avoided.
Aires offers a third position, grounded in physics, documented by peer review, and independently validated: the variable that matters most may not be intensity alone. It may be coherence.
And coherence is something engineering can address.
That is the company’s founding insight, the organizing principle behind its research program, and the reason a 30-year body of evidence has consistently pointed in the same direction.
