I set up this business having worked in the care sector for 8 years. In those 8 years I hopped around 4 companies and found that the majority of people working in the care sector were being taken advantage of. Most care workers were changing companies regularly, because they knew they could walk into a fresh job tomorrow and would do so because they were being taken advantage of. Having set up this business I'm proud to say that I haven't lost any staff for those reasons. Staff have either left during their probationary period or have stayed, and are still with us. We are a small happy family, yes we do have a hierarchy on paper, in reality I like a flat structure so everyone can work together. There are no airs and graces here. We also concentrate on our clients. We like to make sure that our client's lives are as full as they want them to be. We don't want to see them stuck in doors all day unnecessarily, so will go the extra mile to accommodate any seemingly strange request. In addition we cover the usual home care services, domiciliary care, personal care, medication management, companionship, dementia care, reablement, domestic support, end of life / palliative care, support for multiple sclerosis, physical disabilities, support for parkinson's disease,
