Founded in 2004, our company installs epoxy and polyaspartic floor systems for residential garages, basements, commercial spaces and local industries. Our service area includes greater Maryland, central and southeastern Pennsylvania, northern Virginia, Washington DC and the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. Our installation teams are located near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Baltimore, Maryland.

Over the years, our garage coatings were featured in many award-winning homes by EGStoltzfus Homes, Phil Carpenter Custom Homes, Pyramid Construction, FoxBuilt Inc, Garman Builders, Mariner Custom Homes, the Pasch Companies and more.
Our coatings are extremely popular with homeowners located in 55+ communities, such as Amblebrook in Gettysburg and Traditions of America communities in Mechanicsburg, East Petersburg and Allentown. In some of these communities, our coatings are present in model homes too.
Our team features military veterans of the United States Army and Air Force. Our founder, Mike Mincemoyer, is a former US Army officer and systems engineer who has contributed to nearly 100 of our website’s blog articles. Our general manager, Zach Noel, is a former US Air Force intelligence analyst with extensive experience in coatings installations including chemical containment coatings, electrostatic dissipating (ESD) coatings, and flexible membrane coatings. Our sales team and installers are full-time employees; we do not subcontract.
We provide free, no-obligation quotes for projects located in our service areas in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Projects can include new construction, remodels, retrofits and fit outs. The concrete does not have to be new. Our company began as a franchise but later separated from that franchise network to found Stronghold Floors. Through that experience, we learned the pitfalls of the franchise networks operating in the garage floor coatings spaces. These pitfalls include using materials that cure too quickly, focusing on 1-day installations instead of taking the proper amounts of time, utilizing high-pressure sales and not gaining real depth of knowledge in surface preparation, surface repairs and proper use of coatings for the project requirements.

Our team has experience with over a specialty chemical systems, concrete restoration and repair materials, concrete overlays, concrete polishing, metallic epoxy coatings, and concrete dye systems.
