Baja Jones Adventure Travel offers an exceptional gray whale watching experience at their Gray Whale Safari Camp located on the shore of Laguna Ojo de Liebre in Baja, Mexico. The camp offers upscale safari accommodations including spacious tents with real beds, soft mattresses, and private showers. The unique location allows guests to get up close with gray whales, especially mothers teaching their babies swimming rhythms. The camp operates from December 15 to May 15 annually, catering to various durations, from 2 to 8 day visits. Advance reservations are required. The camp also provides three meals daily with a focus on local cuisine, and various comforts such as warm robes and night-time hot beverages. The remote and secure setting inside the Vizcaino Biosphere Reserve ensures a tranquil and intimate experience with nature.
