We roast coffee on the premises almost daily and have a tasting facility for you to enjoy unique coffees from all around the world. Las Fincas Coffee Inc. , we are coffee roasters importing coffee from all over the world. We have innovative roasting techniques and packaging. Armando Gonzalez, my partner, has been roasting coffee for close to 20 years . We have spent the last7 years doing countless hours of research and testing of our roasting technique and modifying our roaster to bring out the best coffee flavours we can. We believe in respecting all the hard work that brought the coffee to us and it deserves our best efforts to bring the coffee to our clients.

We are are constantly told we are an oasis in the industrial section of Dorval , but our google reviews speak for theme-selves on our passion for coffee and the stories behind it. We are hoping our story might inspire someone to write an article about us to make our oasis a bit better known among coffee lovers.

We have created bonds directly with farmers in Colombia , Costa Rica, and Guatemala to establish a “directly traded ” model that pays farmer the best price possible based on quality and innovation of harvesting and drying processes. We like to think of ourselves as 4th wave , meaning we have information going back and forth from farmer to roaster to consumer and back to farmer. We strive for cooperation and transparency of techniques and often discuss new ideas directly with producers to have all the information possible to create the perfect cup.

Armando and I want our coffee at its best, so with that in mind we delivery every week to our clients without a minimum order. simply order online through our wholesale portal and we are there on Wednesdays for any location east of Dorval and Fridays for the west end on Montreal.

Coffee roasting is not a new business or business model, but Las Fincas Coffee is redefining all that is surrounding that model. Pressurized packaging in cans, roasting machine with very unique roasting burners from France. We believe our directly traded model of single source coffee is our future, all the while supporting the “Women in Coffee Alliance” with every sale we make. And I haven’t even brought up our new single serving personal pour-over coffee pouches. We have so much going on. We would love to have a coffee and explain it all.
