In 2021, after enduring the immense pressures of the COVID-19 crisis as an RN, I discovered a therapeutic escape in the art of working with chocolate. This newfound passion transformed my life, leading to the creation of ‘Candy Under Cover 2,’ a business dedicated to crafting uniquely gorgeous chocolate-covered treats. Today, I take immense joy in designing exquisite confections for a variety of special occasions, including weddings, graduations, corporate events, holidays, and more.
