The name was originally derived from the Old English word wilde, meaning untamed or uncivilised.
At Wyld grace retreats we believe that nature really is medicine for the soul, and will get you back to your wyld roots. Leaving civilisation far behind we will take you to the really wyld places often left unseen. Using yoga, hiking, nutrition and joy as our fundamentals we will venture out to the mountains, forests and coast lines to get back in touch with being in the wilderness, where nature rules.
Current retreats are Wyld Skye, Wyld Wales and Wyld Cornwall all based in bespoke beautiful homes and set in breath taking locations with easy access to inspiring landscapes that will leave you in awe of the natural world. Embracing the elements as they appear on that day will help us to begin the practice of acceptance. Accepting things as they are which in turn leads to a newfound sense of contentment. That’s the concept that Wyld Grace is based upon.
