Secondly, Mobizona is a small family business, therefore it is at most important to provide the best possible service to all of our clients with the best possible quality and price. It was founded in 2015 by Gytenis Kavaliukas in Lithuania and then it was just as an idea, since he was always interested in e-commerce shops and how they work. After some time, it was not only a hobby, but it has become a source of family income, especially when his wife joined him and business started to grow.
We offer a wide variety of products – our stock now contains from 45.000 to 50.000 different products and their variations daily – not only from local distributors and vendors, but also providing a possibility to make a special and unique orders for all of our customers from many foreign countries in Asia and Europe. We never say no to our customers. Even if we don’t have a product that customer needs, we always try to find a supplier that can provide it individually for that client. Our flexibility is what is very much appreciated by all of our customers.
We are always looking for the best quality products – unlike our competitors, who are only focusing on the cost price, but sometimes forget, that customer will come back not for the price, but for the quality of the goods, Mobizona always filters out the goods that do not match our quality standards. Because of this way of thinking, we are constantly looking for new suppliers, who can provide best products in the field. Even though the price might not always be the lowest, compared to similar e-shops, it is much more economical to purchase one truly high quality product instead of replacing few cheaper ones. You will not only save more money by buying one good product, but also save your time by changing parts only once instead of doing it twice or even three times.
It can be said that Mobizona has very strict business philosophy and very strong and unchanging values since the beginning of the project – we do our best to serve people who work with us and we provide the best service possible to each client. Even in unpleasant or uncomfortable situations, we try to solve every issue with the best possible outcome for both sides. This is one of the things that will never change in our business philosophy, since every customer is very important to us and we make sure their experience with Mobizona is the best they could get – from product variety, its quality, fast shipment, and all the additional information needed from us directly if client has any questions.
One of our main intentions to stand out of the crowd is to always offer something new. Not only we try to sell only the best quality products, we also try to find what else is missing in the market. Latest unique product that we started to offer is double sided adhesive tape that is specially created to use for the repair of smart devices. We are the only supplier in Europe of this tape and we have wholesale and retail market of it. Also, we are one of only few suppliers that started to provide professional repair tools for repair shops in the Baltic states and continue to offer unique repair machinery on demand.
Company’s intent is not only to sell goods, but also to help customers to use the products they purchased more easily. For example: phone screen protections usually have a description or a video link to a tutorial on how to apply the protective film or tempered glass by yourself without taking your smart device to a repair shop and pay additionally to someone if it is actually can be done by customers themselves. If needed we also provide consultations via phone calls or emails in all cases, therefore making Mobizona not only ordinary e-shop but a whole shopping experience with all of the answers needed.
We started to work with IT company to develop even more automized solutions for administration and every day work, also to automize personal orders from specific suppliers and AI integration so we could dedicate as much time to our customers as possible.
Mobizona also has a very bright future ahead since we have plans on continuing the expansion. As mentioned before we are not only looking for new suppliers that will make our product supply even wider, a physical store and order pick-up point is in the plans with a possibility to consult about any product live with Mobizona employee personally.
