Main Services
3D Printer Services is a Belgian-based manufacturing partner that helps individuals and companies turn ideas into real, functional products through professional 3D printing. From one-off prototypes to small production runs, we specialise in translating digital designs into high-quality physical parts that are ready to use in the real world. We combine engineering know-how, modern printing technology and a very practical mindset: the goal is not just to “print something”, but to deliver a part that fulfils its purpose reliably, fits correctly and is economically sensible for the customer. What we do At the core of 3D Printer Services is on-demand 3D printing. Customers send us their 3D files or sketches, and we help them choose the right material, print settings and finishing options. Typical projects include: Functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts Custom brackets, mounts, housings and machine parts Replacement parts that are no longer available or too expensive to source Tools, jigs and fixtures for workshops and production environments Custom accessories and small consumer products We work with both B2C clients (private customers, makers, hobbyists, small entrepreneurs) and B2B clients (SMEs, engineering offices, product developers, medical and industrial users). Every project starts with understanding what the part must do: the mechanical loads, the environment in which it will be used, and the expectations for durability, surface finish and budget. Technologies and materials Our main production technology today is FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling), also known as filament printing. This technique is extremely flexible and cost-effective for prototypes, functional parts and small series. We use a range of professional printers and a carefully selected portfolio of materials, including for example: PLA for visual models and non-critical parts PETG for robust components that need more toughness and temperature resistance ABS or ASA for technical parts, outdoor applications and enclosures TPU and other flexible filaments for shock-absorbing or bendable parts For each material we fine-tune layer height, infill, wall thickness and orientation to match the required strength and surface quality. Rather than simply using “standard” settings, we think in terms of engineering: where are the forces, how will the customer handle the part, and how do we keep it strong without wasting material and money? Alongside that, we are gradually expanding into laser engraving and marking on selected materials. This service is in active development with the goal of offering high-quality, repeatable branding, serial numbering and decorative engraving that lives up to the same standards as our 3D-printed parts. From idea to part Not every customer starts with a perfect 3D model. That is why 3D Printer Services also supports: Design assistance – refining or correcting existing 3D files so they are printable and structurally sound. Reverse engineering – recreating simple parts based on photos, measurements or damaged originals. Design for additive manufacturing – making small, smart geometry changes that reduce print time, material usage or the need for support structures. We communicate clearly and honestly about feasibility. If a design is not ideal for 3D printing, we explain why and suggest adjustments or alternative approaches. The aim is always a transparent, long-term collaboration, not a one-time sale that ends in disappointment. Online and local service 3D Printer Services operates from Veerle, Belgium, but is built to work efficiently online. Customers can: Upload their models via the website Indicate material preferences and requirements Receive a price indication or quotation Approve and place an order without unnecessary complexity Behind the scenes we use structured workflows for order tracking, production planning and quality checks, so that every print job is traceable and repeatable. For local customers, personal contact and collection on site are possible; for others we organise shipping via reliable carriers. Quality and reliability 3D printing is more than pressing “start” on a machine. Every job is checked before, during and after printing: File check – we verify the model for common issues such as non-manifold edges, thin walls and scaling errors. Printer & material selection – we choose the most suitable machine and settings for that specific part. Visual and dimensional check – after printing, parts are inspected and, where relevant, measured against the requested dimensions. If an issue occurs, we contact the customer proactively with a solution instead of simply shipping a questionable part. This careful approach is particularly important for business customers who rely on their prints for production, testing or client demonstrations. For whom is 3D Printer Services? Because of this flexible setup, we work with a very diverse range of clients, for example: Product designers & engineers who need fast iterations and functional prototypes SMEs and workshops that require custom brackets, spare parts or tooling Startups and makers who want to validate or sell their ideas without investing in their own printers Healthcare and sports professionals who need customised holders, fixtures or aids Private individuals with creative ideas, cosplay projects, model building or unique gifts Every customer, large or small, gets the same accessible communication and technical care. Our philosophy 3D Printer Services is founded and run by an engineer with a passion for practical problem solving. That background shapes our philosophy: Function first – a part is only successful if it actually works in the customer’s context. Honest advice – if 3D printing is not the best solution for a specific job, we say so. Continuous improvement – printers, materials and processes are constantly reviewed and upgraded. Long-term relationships – we would rather build recurring cooperation with satisfied customers than push one-off orders. We see additive manufacturing as a toolset to make life easier for designers, technicians and entrepreneurs – not as a goal in itself. Looking ahead While 3D printing remains our core, we are actively expanding: More specialised materials and print profiles for demanding technical applications The integration of laser engraving and marking for branding, identification and finishing Even smoother digital workflows, so that quoting, ordering and tracking become almost effortless for the customer The ambition is to be the partner that customers automatically think of when they need a part that does not exist yet, is no longer available, or needs to be custom-made for their specific situation. In short, 3D Printer Services is a compact but highly focused manufacturing partner. We bridge the gap between idea and physical product by combining engineering insight, modern 3D printing technology and clear, honest communication. Whether you are an individual with a unique project or a company seeking a reliable supplier for recurring parts, we help you move from “I wish I had this part” to actually holding it in your hands.
